Ron Kirby routed Spiegelven through gently rolling woodland around its namesake natural fen, using doglegs, elevation changes, water and strategic bunkering to reward placement over raw distance. The first nine remain sheltered by forest, while the longer second nine opens toward the water and concludes at the clubhouse. The 18-hole championship course opened in 1988 and plays to a par 72.

Fred Hawtree’s classic heathland course moves through pine forest, birch and open heather beside the Tenhaagdoornheide nature reserve. Sandy ground provides firm conditions and strong drainage, while frequent doglegs, thoughtful bunkering and delicate putting lines favor careful course management. The first nine holes opened in 1968, and the full 18-hole course was completed in 1973.
